How do I select a plan?
First, click the sign-up button which will take you to our sign-up page. Enter in your name, email, country, timezone, clinic/project name, and set a password. You will be sent a link to your email address confirming your account. Then, you will be prompted to choose your plan and enter your payment info.
What payment types do you accept?
You may pay via debit/credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Paypal.
Do you offer free demos?
Yes! Clinicians can gain access to a shared demo account to evaluate a full version of the products. As access is shared, real data cannot be used. Contact us to gain access to the demo account.
How do I purchase assessments?
First, you must create an account and choose a plan. You will then be able to purchase assessments in the Account tab under “Add Features/Administrations”.
Am I able to change my plan at any time?
Yes, please contact us to switch plans.
Can I pay via invoice instead of with a card online?
Absolutely, contact us about your specific needs. We can reference purchase orders in these invoices as well. Please note that we charge a $50 fee for manual invoices less than $500.
Do you offer refunds?
We are able to offer 50% refunds on unused assessments.
